VYTAUTAS PLUKAS LAC (b. 1991) is based in Vilnius, Lithuania and is working as a cinematographer till 2016. He has a BA and MA degrees in cinematography from Lithuanian Music and Theatre Academy. Working as a freelance DOP in various film and commercial projects and since 2022 Vytautas Plukas is a member of Lithuanian Association of Cinematographers (LAC).
